Standard, non-personalised cases: contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. For change-of-mind returns or an incorrectly selected model, the customer pays the return shipping cost. We will confirm the cost and instructions before arranging collection.
Cases personalised with your own photo, text or specifications cannot be returned for change of mind or a model-selection error after production has started. This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not match the agreed specifications.
If we sent the wrong item or your case arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund and cover the related shipping costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
