Who we are

Information we collect and why

We collect the name, contact details, delivery address, order details and support messages you provide to accept and deliver orders, communicate with you, handle returns and provide customer support. Information required at checkout is needed to fulfil your order; optional fields are identified on the form. We currently offer cash on delivery.

For personalised cases, we collect the photos, artwork and optional text you upload to create previews and produce your order. Only upload material you have permission to use, including permission from other people shown in a photo. Please avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information. We do not obtain permission to use your personalisation photos in advertising merely because you place an order.

Our store and service providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, cookies and website interactions to operate the store, maintain security, remember preferences and understand store use.

Legal basis

We process information necessary to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations, and, where permitted under applicable law, pursue legitimate interests such as store security and service improvement. Where consent is required, including for applicable optional marketing or tracking, we rely on your consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.

Service providers and sharing

Shopify hosts our store and processes store and order information. We use Shopify Inbox to provide AI-assisted customer support. Shopify processes customer information, including chat messages, to generate replies and improve the quality of the Inbox agent over time. Teeinblue supports personalisation previews and artwork processing. Aramex receives the delivery information needed to deliver your order and collect cash-on-delivery payments. Support, review and communication tools used by the store may process information relevant to their functions. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that service also processes your messages under its own privacy terms.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect lawful rights. Service providers may store or process data outside Saudi Arabia. Cookies and marketing

Cookies and similar technologies support cart, checkout, security, preferences and store measurement. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some store functions may then be unavailable. Where offered, use the store’s privacy controls for optional tracking. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or contact us. Order and delivery messages are separate from marketing preferences.

Retention and security

We retain data only for as long as needed for order fulfilment, support, returns, applicable accounting and legal requirements, or resolving disputes. Personalisation files are retained only while needed for these purposes. When data is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies, it should be deleted or anonymised. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your data, a readable copy, correction, completion, or destruction when no longer required, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. Contact covernex.sa@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained where the law requires.

You may also raise a personal-data complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). Further information is available at dgp.sdaia.gov.sa.
