Products and model compatibility
We sell printed and personalised phone cases. Choose the exact model shown in your phone settings, including Pro, Plus, Ultra, 4G or 5G. Similar names do not guarantee the same fit. Construction and camera openings vary by model. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. This does not limit your rights if goods are defective or do not match agreed specifications.

Personalised orders
Check the model, photo, crop, positioning and spelling before ordering. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded photos, artwork and text, including permission from people shown where required. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material. You retain your rights in uploaded content and permit us and our service providers to process and reproduce it only to preview, produce, fulfil and support your order. Ordering does not grant permission to use personal photos in advertising. We may decline unlawful or infringing content.

Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Applicable included tax is shown at checkout; VAT is not added a second time to VAT-inclusive prices. We currently accept cash on delivery. Any future methods will be shown at checkout. Saudi shipping is SAR 12 including VAT and is free when the merchandise total after discounts is above SAR 100, excluding shipping. The total payable is shown at checkout.

Orders and delivery
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and a reachable phone number. If an item is unavailable or an error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel the affected order and refund any amount due. Estimated Aramex courier delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch; remote locations may take longer. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Changes, cancellation and returns
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Personalised designs may no longer be changeable once production begins. Standard unused cases may be returned under our Refund Policy. Personalised cases are excluded from change-of-mind returns, while rights relating to defects, damage, incorrect items and nonconformity remain protected. Privacy and store use
Our Privacy Policy explains data and personalisation-file processing: https://covernex.com/policies/privacy-policy. Do not misuse the store, transmit malicious software, impersonate others or attempt unauthorised access.

Customer rights and applicable law
Saudi Arabian law governs these terms. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us with complaints so we can investigate and respond. Your right to approach relevant authorities is unaffected.

Updates
Changes apply prospectively. The terms and agreed specifications applicable when your order is placed govern that order, subject to applicable law.
